2025 NWA Juneteenth Celebration – Exhibitor Information

We’re excited to host this year’s event at the University of Arkansas Gardens, located at 521 S. Razorback Rd., Fayetteville, AR.

Important Reminder: This opportunity is for exhibition purposes only. Product sales will not be permitted during the event.


Exhibitor Set-Up

  • Set-Up Begins: 10:30 AM
  • Booths Must Be Ready By: 12:45 PM
  • Exhibit Hours: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Upon arrival, check in at the Juneteenth Headquarters Table to receive your table number and booth assignment. Each exhibitor will be provided:

  • One (1) 6-foot table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • A designated booth area

Please ensure:

  • All products, materials, and signage stay within your assigned booth space
  • Electricity is not available at the venue—please plan accordingly
  • You bring your own disposable trash bags and keep your area clean and neat throughout the event

🚗 Parking & Unloading

You will be permitted to drive onto the grounds via the designated driveway to unload and load your materials. However, all vehicles must be moved to a designated parking area immediately after unloading.

Available Parking Lots:

  • Lot 314: The Gardens Parking Lot (Nolan Richardson Dr. & S. Razorback Rd.)
  • Lot 310: Adjacent to Bud Walton Arena
  • Lot 222: Across the street, east on S. Razorback Road
  • Lots 320–322: Corner of MLK Boulevard & Razorback Road

📌 Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Vendor/Exhibitor tables must be attended at all times.
  • Exhibitors must remain set up from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
  • Early breakdown is not allowed without prior approval.
  • No product sales are allowed during the event.
  • Keep all products, signage, and materials within your assigned booth space.
  • Bring your own disposable trash bags and help maintain a clean environment throughout the day.
  • Disagreements or complaints involving customers must be reported immediately to the Juneteenth Festival staff at the Headquarters Table.
  • All participants are expected to treat festival staff, volunteers, fellow vendors, and attendees with respect and without discrimination.
  • Verbal outbursts, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior are grounds for immediate dismissal and may result in loss of future participation.
